Calling those seeking community! You know what’s easier than showing up to a stranger's house for a small group? Saying hi to them in the lobby! Throughout the month of August, we’re featuring new groups each week, and the group leaders will be available in the lobby after Sunday services to meet you and answer any questions you may have about their groups!

Randy Strunk - "Strunk Men's Group"
This group is designed for men at any stage of their faith journey, but we encourage it for those who are new believers. No matter the stage you're at, we are here to grow together, have honest conversations, and encourage one another. Let's walk through life together in grace, truth, and purpose!

Sherry Tucker - "Seasons of Strength"
Life changes a lot over the years. Maybe you're a new (or seasoned) empty nester - maybe you haven't even heard from your kids in years. Maybe life just didn't play out the way you thought it would for a variety of reasons. Life goes by so fast, and at this point, you may find yourself asking, "Where do I go from here?"
As 50-somethings (and older), we want to examine our roles as Christian women in this season of life. We want to seek scripture and encourage one another through the good days and the bad. God calls us to community, so let's not do it alone!

What types of groups do you have?
Small Groups at Cornerstone meet for Bible studies and sermon discussions. Some meet for support. Others meet to be active together. All of them meet to help each other follow Jesus!
Is childcare available?
Each group handles childcare independently. You can check the group description to see if childcare is available for a specific group or ask the Group Leader.
Can I join a group a few weeks into the semester?
Yes! If a group is still ‘open’, you can join at any point in the semester. Groups listed as ‘closed’ means they are full at this time.
I’ve never led a group before. What training and resources do you have to help leaders?
Leading a group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a space to connect. Leading a group is easy, simply choose an activity or study that interests you and select a time and place to meet with others to share it! We’ll give you the essential tools and resources in a Leader Training and coaching throughout the semester to help foster your success. We’ll also walk you through the resources we have available for groups, including sermon discussion guides, training videos addressing specific situations that you may encounter, and more.
Can my group meet at the church?
Absolutely! Just be sure to check with us so we can reserve your spot.
